Linda's Healthy Eating Club was created by Linda Hines. She believes that eating healthy is one of the best investments we can make in ourselves. Healthy Eating is really about making more healthy choices on a daily basis to include more fruits and veggies and to reduce the amount of nutritionally empty calories you eat.
