How many fruit and veggies do you eat every day?
Canada's Food Guide recommends 7 to 10 servings of fruit and veggies a day! I try to make sure I eat 7 to 10 servings of fruit and veggies every day, but when I started changing my eating habits, I found it challenging. One of the keys to getting 7 to 10 servings of fruit and veggies a day for me is to add veggies and fruit to my breakfast. I used to eat cereal or toast and now I whip up a smoothie, or add spinach and mushrooms to my eggs.
